On Wednesday

On Wednesday is a songwriting and production team consisting of Scott Anderson and Nico Matthews. The two of them met while attending Southern Polytechnic State University in the suburbs of Atlanta. They were introduced to each other by Ron Saforo whom is a mutual friend and frequent collaborator. The two of them came up with the name “On Wednesday” since they always met in the studio on Wednesday nights. Anderson and Matthews are both multi instrumentalists and play entirely by ear. Their personal styles differ from each other but once they come together they create a sound that is truly one of a kind. They eloquently combine the sounds of pop, alternative rock and electronic in order to create songs with extremely catchy hooks and enticing melodies. On Wednesday is currently working on their first EP which is due out later this year.
